Share a few of your best plates each evening as flash suppers. PikaBox reviews every offer before it goes on sale; guests reserve with M-Pesa, then collect at your desk with a code or have a rider bring it home.

An evening with PikaBox
From your pass to their table.
You decide what goes out, how many bags and when. We take care of the reservations, the payments and the riders.
1
Post tonight’s offer
A buffet bag, a patisserie box or the chef’s special: photos, allergens, how many bags and your pickup window.
2
We review it
Our team checks every offer before it goes on sale. One we haven’t reviewed by 8 pm never goes live.
3
Guests reserve
They pay with M-Pesa in the app, and the bag is held for them the moment they do.
4
Hand over at the desk
The guest or the rider reads a six-digit code; your desk types it and the bag is theirs.

The desk and the dashboard
Built for a busy front desk.
Your team works from a desk tablet and the hotel dashboard: tonight’s offers, the pickups waiting, and a weekly report of what sold and where the rest went.
The desk sees order codes, bags and items, never a guest’s name or phone
Too many wrong codes lock the keypad until a manager unlocks it
Owners, managers and desk staff each get the access their role needs
How the money works
Simple terms, paid every week.
You set the price for each bag. PikaBox keeps a 15% commission on what guests pay and pays you the rest every Monday. A guest who doesn’t collect still pays for the bag you kept aside.

At the end of the night
Good food finds a table.
When the pickup window closes, every unsold and uncollected bag is recorded as a donation to the feeding programme you name, or the nearest verified one within 10 km. It is free: no fee, and nothing is taken from your payout.
Programmes are verified by PikaBox before they can receive
The programme accepts each donation in its own portal before it is collected
Every kind of partner
One platform, a portal each.
Farms, fleets, feeding programmes and food brands work with PikaBox too. Each gets its own portal, its own team roles and its own verification.

01What do I need to apply?
A PikaBox account (you become the owner of your organisation), your KRA PIN, your county business permit and your food handling licence. We review every application before your kitchen goes live.
02Who decides what goes on sale?
You do. Each offer needs its allergens, photos, how many bags and a pickup window. PikaBox reviews it before it goes on sale, and asks you to change anything that doesn’t fit, like bargain wording.
03Can I repeat an offer every week?
Yes. Choose the nights and it is copied each morning and sent for review again, so every night is checked.
04Do you deliver, or do guests collect?
Both, if you want. Guests can collect at your desk, and within your delivery radius a PikaBox rider can bring it to them.
05Do my staff see guests’ details?
No. The desk sees order codes, bags and items only, never names or phone numbers.
