    The apps are the fullest way to use PikaBox, but you can also use PikaBox in your browser, with the same account.
  2. How do I pay?
    With M-Pesa: a prompt lands on your phone and you enter your PIN. Nothing is charged without it, and refunds go back the way you paid.
  3. Do you deliver to me?
    PikaFresh, Home Cooked, private chefs and flash suppers each reach a little further every week. Check your street in a tap.
  4. How do you handle allergies?
    Tell us once. Your household’s allergies filter what you see, what Pika suggests and what a picker may swap in, and every dish declares its allergens.
  5. What if something goes wrong?
    Help is in the app whenever you need it, with an SOS fast lane for anything urgent. You can also reach a person through the help centre.
