How supplying works
Grown by you, picked for a family.
Everything runs through your supplier portal, on a phone or a laptop, with your team’s own logins.
Make an offer
A product, your price, the unit and the volume you usually have each week. Our team links it to the shelf it restocks.
Answer the order
When stock runs low, a purchase order comes to you. Accept it in full or in part, or decline with a reason, by 10 am.
Deliver
Accepted orders are delivered the next day. Mark yours dispatched with the truck’s temperature.
Get invoiced
The store weighs everything in, and your invoice is issued for exactly what arrived.
Your supplier portal
Every order, in writing.
No calls at dawn, no guessing what the broker will take. Each purchase order says what, how much and when, and you answer it on your own terms.

How do I register?
Sign in to PikaBox, open the partner application and choose “Farm or supplier”. You become the owner of your organisation and can invite your team after.What documents do I need?
Your KRA PIN and the director’s or owner’s ID. Our team reviews every application before your first offer.What if my harvest is short?
Accept part of the order, or decline it with a reason. You never have to send more than you have.When is the deadline to answer an order?
